·   Check-in: From 4:00 PM

·   Check-out: By 11:00 AM

·   Age Requirement: Guests must be 19 years of age or older to check in.

·   Hotel Facilities: Complimentary access to all hotel facilities is available throughout your stay.

·   Housekeeping Service: Housekeeping service is provided (excluding Sundays and public holidays / dishwashing service is not included).

·   Breakfast Fee: KRW 18,000 per person, per day.

·   Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available (connection details will be provided upon check-in).

·   Children Policy:
     1. Under 60 months: Complimentary stay when sharing existing bedding with an accompanying adult.
     2. 60 months and older: Charged at the same rate as adults.

·   Additional Guest Fee: KRW 55,000 per additional guest (60 months and older), per night (including taxes).

·   Extra Bed Fee: KRW 55,000 per night (including taxes).

·   Early Check-in: Early check-in is guaranteed only when an additional room reservation has been made for the night prior to arrival. Without a prior reservation, early check-in availability will be determined based on room availability on the day of arrival.

·   Late Check-out: Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for an additional charge of 50% of the daily room rate (based on the official website rate). Check-out after 3:00 PM will be charged the full one-night room rate (based on the official website rate). Availability is subject to room conditions, so please contact the hotel front desk or reservations office in advance.

Complimentary parking is available during your stay (one vehicle per room).

All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking areas. A special cleaning fee will be charged immediately for smoking, including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, and guests may be subject to removal from the hotel.

An in-room safe is available for your convenience. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of valuables that are not stored in the safe.

Pets are not permitted in guest rooms. However, service animals are permitted.
